Pastor Henry Petty, Jr.
Lead Pastor
Pastor Henry Petty, Jr. (affectionately known as Pastor HP) is a Chicago native and a man of God who was led at an early age to motivate and inspire people. Pastor HP was born on April 9th to Apostle Henry Petty Sr. and Pastor Mary Joyce Petty in Chicago, IL. Following years of preparation, Pastor HP was ordained as pastor of Kingdom Culture International Ministries on September 6, 2020. He knew that music and preaching was in his blood and would follow in the footsteps of other inclined family members. At the age of 5, Henry began singing at Mt. Pilgrim Primitive Baptist church under the sanction of his late grandfather, Pastor John W. Petty.
After his parents were called to embark upon their own ministry, Henry became the Praise and Worship Leader and Youth Pastor. He began to develop the talents of the praise and youth team to mold them as pure and radical worshippers. Through this experience, Henry learned that only prayer, studying the word of God, understanding the atmosphere and its settings are the components of an unadulterated worshipper. In 2012, Henry was severely injured in a construction accident. Unable to walk and with doctors threatening to amputate his foot, Henry persistently sought the face of God and sang the praises of God which summoned God to quicken Henry’s miracle of being able to walk on his own. Demonstrating unwavering faith, he made the decision to devote his life and service to the ministry full time.
The work of the Lord has always been first and foremost in his heart. Henry’s charismatic style of preaching and humorous personality filters over into his sermons as he often uses practical anecdotes to capture the attention of the congregation; “so it is in the natural, so it is in the spirit.” He has an anointing that allows him to minister to those in need of healing of the mind, body, and soul. With such great calling to fulfill, he finds time to visit the sick, serve the community, conduct bible classes, and spend time studying God’s word. He is supported in his ministry by his wife, Lady Qiana Petty, and their 3 children. Henry's ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God.

Pastor Fred T. Williams
Executive Lead Pastor
Fred T. Williams (affectionately known as Pastor Fred) is an Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur, Certified Master Life Coach, and Spiritual Leader. He is the Executive Lead Pastor at Kingdom Culture International Ministries (KCIM), a vibrantly thriving church headquartered in Chicago, IL with multiple locations around the Chicagoland area.
Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Fred is a rising voice on faith, purposeful living, healthy relationships, love, and brand development. For more than 20 years, Fred has helped many unlock the greatness within them, while enabling them to find their passion, live their purpose, and gain the cutting edge in life. He has assisted organizations and entrepreneurs in establishing a memorable presence among their target audience. Fred believes that communication is a form of art, and he uses all his giftings and abilities to communicate effectively across multiple platforms and through various means of expressions, with the core purpose of connecting people to their winning destiny in and through God.
A licensed and ordained minister of the gospel since the age of 17, Fred began preaching when he was only 8 years old. Over the last 2 decades, he has served in various capacities within the church, from worship leader (Monroe, LA, New Orleans, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Decatur, GA, and Chicago, IL), to Youth Leader and Youth Pastor (Monroe, LA and Decatur, GA), to Campus Pastor (New Orleans, LA and Baton Rouge, LA), and church planter (Chicago, IL, Monroe, LA, New Orleans, LA).
Fred travels teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, empowering people to find, follow, and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. With more than 20 years of speaking experience (as well as over 20 years in ministry), Fred has spoken to audiences all around the world, hosted life-changing events in various cities, held branding workshops and masterclasses throughout the nation, spoken in numerous schools, has been the guest of churches and reformations seeking revival, and so much more.
Fred is the father of 4 children, and currently resides in the beautiful city of Chicago, IL.
